SambAmor – i.e. samba love. Our group’s name reveals perfectly our passion towards this thrilling dance, that was born in Brazil but has African origins.

Accordingly, we work on to present the atmosphere of the Brazilian carnivals to the Hungarian and the international audiences. We integrate different genres of samba into our shows: the smooth gafieira, the joyful axé and the dynamic samba enredo as well. A spectacular peak of the carnival experience can be added with a live drum show to accompany the dancers, provided by our qualified drummers, whose talent is on a par with those of the best samba schools in Brazil!

Our group was founded in 2016, but is colouring the palette of the national and European events for more than a decade. The members are all true fans of other latin dance styles too, and they have several times set foot on the land of South-America’s the biggest country, to guarantee the genuine Brazilian feeling using their personal experiences.

With our unique, handmade costumes created by Brazilian designers, with the authentic music that is calling for a dance, with our beautiful dancers, the clients will feel themselves immediately on the carnival of Rio de Janeiro! And, since carnival is about dancing and having fun together, after showing them the basic steps, we invite the audience for a common dance, thus everyone will leave with unforgettable memories!

Should it be a birthday party, a company event or a dance show, we always do our best. Our purpose is that our public gets an insight into the wide variety of the Brazilian culture, to bring them some of the tropical sun, a bit of the wonderful beaches – and the spirit of Carnival.
